‼️ Update as of May 10, 2026 - Following Power Outage at School ‼️
Thank you to everyone who has supported the Skyview PTSA Emergency Prep Committee by purchasing rechargeable flashlights and light bars from our E-Prep Amazon Wish List! During the recent power outage, the school was able to put these new supplies (rechargeable light bars & flashlights) to use right away, and they made a big difference.
We still have a few remaining items to purchase to ensure adequate lighting throughout the school, including classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms. If you’re able, please consider helping us complete our wishlist. Supplies purchased through the list will be delivered directly to Skyview for distribution throughout the school.
Our Skyview PTSA Emergency Prep Committee is working to update our school’s emergency preparedness supplies to help keep students and staff safe during power outages or other unexpected situations. As part of this effort, we are replacing older equipment with rechargeable flashlights and light bars to reduce the ongoing cost and waste of disposable batteries.
You can help! We’ve created an E-Prep Amazon Wish List with the items we need. If you’re able, please consider purchasing an item. Supplies from the wish list will be delivered to Skyview and distributed to classrooms and common spaces throughout the school.
