ASB has planned 2 FUN Halloween events!

All students of Skyview welcome!


#1: Annual Halloween Costume Contest

When: Tues. Oct. 31st during all three lunches

Students are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to school and enter the costume contest at lunch.

There are prizes for the following categories:

  • Funniest, Most Creative, and Best Group Theme (limit of five students per group).
  • Costumes must follow our school dress code policy
    1. Costumes cannot disrupt the learning environment in any classroom. 
    2. Costumes must respect all races, ethnic groups, religions, nationalities,  disabilities, genders, and affiliations.
    3. No drug, alcohol or weapons of any kind can be advertised or promoted.
    4. No masks--faces and eyes must be visible, no hoods covering heads.
    5. No fake blood, scary props, weapons or weapon look-alikes of any kind are allowed on campus. 
  • Following these guidelines ensures a safe and fun event for all!


#2 Halloween Social and Dance

WHEN: Tues. Oct. 31st (right after school) 3:10 to 4:30 p.m.

COST: Admission $3 with an ASB Card or $5 without an ASB Card.

  • Please note that there will be no tickets for sale at the door!  So, get your tickets now!


  • Students may attend in costume or street clothes.
  • Permission slip/order forms will be handed out in Advisory on Mon. Oct.9
    • Extra order forms available in the main office and during lunch.
  • They will have fun dancing, eating, playing games, or just hanging out with their friends.


  • Pizza $2 per slice
  • Juice, bottled water, and candy are all $1 each
  • Photos $2 each


  • CAFETERIA: Life Size Bowling, Witch-Hat Ring Toss, Pumpkin Bingo, Spin Art, a Halloween Cupcake Walk, a Halloween Photo Booth, and more!
  • GYM: Dancing with music from our own - D.J. Mrs. Doty!


  • Event is for Skyview Students only. 
  • All students attending must comply to all Skyview Middle School Rules, specifically the dress code.
  • Students must stay on campus (in the gym or cafeteria) until the end of event-unless picked up by parent/guardian and 
  • Students must have a signed order form/permission slip to attend the event. 
  • Students who violate these rules will be sent home from the event. A parent/guardian must pick them up.
  • All event guidelines are printed on the back of each ticket.
